Marketing Trends

Technology has tremendously affected how a company’s reputation as well as its products, services and brands are being communicated to the market. Marketing trends displayed notable shifts as the Internet and technological advancements become more existent and highly utilized in today’s society. The latest global recession forced many customers to reduce spending and become pickier of their choices. More and more customers have cultivated the habit of doing thorough research first before engaging in any transaction. Whenever possible, customers strive to make well-informed buying decisions. In the face of the economic crisis, marketing efforts are directed towards quality not quantity. Consequently, marketers see the importance of providing highly accessible and readily available information. Customer satisfaction and retention are the top priorities of marketers in designing and implementing their promotional tools.
